FieldScale is a professional measurement and annotation tool intended for use by trades contractors, designers, and other construction professionals. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
FieldScale's optional Google Drive integration allows you to import files you select from your Google Drive. By using this feature, you authorize FieldScale to access only the specific files you choose. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
FieldScale and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FieldScale and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its contents without prior written permission.
FieldScale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Measurements and calculations should be verified independently before use in critical applications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldScale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on measurements or calculations produced by the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
